As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize high-performance data systems that handle massive volumes of structured and unstructured information. You'll work across cloud environments, data orchestration tools, and real-time processing frameworks, ensuring our data ecosystem is both resilient and ready to fuel AI innovation. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership expectations: you'll influence architecture, mentor others, and shape the future of data engineering at Relativity. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $110,000 and $166,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
