As a Creative Operations Manager, you will partner with the US Public Relations Operations team and Creative Team Lead to manage the operational and financial needs of the Creative group.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build Creative SOPs
    • Partner with Operations and Creative lead to define and build detailed operating procedures for the Creative team including time tracking and PTO tracking
  • Identify areas of improvement in both process and reporting. Use a strategic mindset to actively contribute to the growth and optimization of the organization.
  • Project management of the life cycle of Creative projects, partnering with account and studio teams to streamline project flow
    • Own project briefs and intake process
    • Hold monthly calls with our internal production arm to maintain strong collaboration
    • Ownership of project timelines and production calendars; creative team staff allocation as well as tracking allocation in partnership with Creative lead
    • Manage the flow of all scope changes, flag and work with account/project leads to reassess
    • Partner with account leads to update monthly staffing projections. Report insights and action items to Ops and Finance leadership.
  • Financial Management of Creative Team
    • Own project budget tracking and validate data to ensure performance aligns with budget and forecast
    • Issue weekly updates to Creative leads, emphasizing key insights and action items derived from budget reports
  • Support account teams with vendor operations
    • Manage the set-up and contracting of various external vendors, including freelancers and external production teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous project management or operations experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Previous agency experience in an operations setting. Experience supporting a creative team is preferred.
  • Meticulous and excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for process improvements and reporting efficiencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Oracle preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
