As the Risk Management Program Manager, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the bank by maintaining and enhancing risk management programs that support our business lines and enterprise goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor on risk-related matters, help strengthen our control frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards - all while influencing how we continue to evolve as an organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and enhance assigned risk management programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a trusted risk liaison to business lines, offering guidance, analysis, and solutions to complex risk issues.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize departmental risk tools and reporting to drive timely and accurate insights.

  • Monitor emerging regulatory trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enterprise risk strategies.

  • Prepare and coordinate Board and Committee materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy in risk reporting.

  • Collaborate across teams to provide risk advisory support on enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Participate in corporate governance forums and working groups to represent the Risk Management function.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on risk management programs, operational or enterprise risk, and regulatory compliance

Preferred

  • 4+ years of experience specifically in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management

  • Professional certification(s) in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, CRMA)
