We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to step into a pivotal role as a Communications Specialist. In this position, you will be instrumental in elevating executive communications, orchestrating seamless events, and driving impactful engagement within our public sector client base. Your contributions will directly support senior leadership, ensuring their vision and messages resonate powerfully with internal teams, partners, and customers. **About the Role:**

This role is at the heart of our public sector team, focusing on customer and partner engagements, strategic communications, and operational excellence. You will be a key partner to account teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership, ensuring the flawless execution of events, communications, and executive support. This position demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, strong initiative, and high energy.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and adapting effectively to evolving environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate drive, initiative, and a passion for delivering their full potential every day, playing a critical role in supporting the public sector leader and operations teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively collaborate with Executive Administration to manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for customer and executive engagements.

* Coordinate and support customer events, executive meetings, and organizational communications.

* Develop keynote presentations, including scripting and presentation software development.

* Prepare executive backgrounders, talking points, and follow-up actions for meetings and keynotes.

* Develop and deliver weekly professional networking platform posts and bi-weekly internal newsletters.

* Collect and share customer stories to highlight impact and success.

* Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on activities in support of business strategy and planning to ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.

* Utilize AI-powered communication tools and prompt engineering to enhance communications and streamline workflows.

* Complete special projects as needed, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.

**Qualifications:**

This position requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and professionally at all levels. Resourcefulness, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5+ years of administrative or project support experience in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in widely used productivity suites, presentation software, collaboration platforms, and office systems.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences (executives, partners, customers, internal teams).

* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering communications for senior leaders, including executive backgrounders, talking points, presentations, and follow-up materials.

* Ability to create compelling content for multiple platforms (professional networking platforms, newsletters, internal communications), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational messaging.

* Experience in managing communications for events, meetings, and organizational initiatives, including coordination, scripting, and post-event follow-up.

* Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

* Experience in stakeholder management across diverse groups (account teams, administration, Chief of Staff Office, Vice President, etc.).

* Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in similar environments.

* Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered communication tools.

* BA/BS degree.
