**What You'll Do:**

* **Visual Effects & Motion Graphics:**

* Craft breathtaking visual effects, seamless transitions, and dynamic motion graphics.

* Elevate video content through expert overlays, animated elements, and sophisticated compositing.

* Design animated titles, lower thirds, infographics, and other dynamic visual assets.

* Perform precise color correction and visual enhancements to meet the highest project standards.

* Develop reusable templates and efficiently manage project assets to optimize workflows.

* Tastefully integrate diverse visual effects, such as rain, snow, fire, explosions, virtual characters, and environment replacements, into short-form videos.

* Execute complex tasks including rotoscoping, 3D modeling, and advanced compositing.

* **AI Model Evaluation & Image Curation:**

* Critically review and curate extensive image datasets, ensuring unparalleled quality, style, and accuracy.

* Assess the realism, consistency, and prompt alignment of AI-generated visuals, providing crucial insights for model refinement.

* Conduct rigorous model performance assessments using established benchmarks and visual tasks.

* Collaborate on annotation guidelines and provide actionable feedback to continuously improve model outputs.

* Participate in internal testing to simulate real-world use cases and identify optimal visual effect applications.

* Adhere to specific instructions for video content and visual effect application, consistently producing high-quality output within set time constraints.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard visual effects software.

* Familiarity with leading video editing and graphic design software.

* Strong understanding of animation principles, compositing, and keyframing techniques.

* Proven experience in evaluating image realism, including the ability to identify visual inconsistencies in AI-generated content.

* A strong background in visual arts, graphic design, film, or related creative disciplines.

* Comprehensive knowledge of color theory, lighting, and typography.

* Exceptional ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.

* At least 5+ years of experience in visual effects creation.

* Demonstrated aesthetic taste in the application of visual effects.

* Ability to design and execute diverse types of visual effects from conception to completion.

* Proficiency in handling tasks such as compositing, object removal, rotoscoping, tracking, and digital cleanups.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with image annotation, content moderation, or data labeling.

* Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of prompt engineering.

* Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts.

* Cultural fluency in a variety of visual genres, including anime, video games, comics, and historical art styles.

* Proven ability to translate creative briefs into polished, technically accurate effects.

* Strong skills in rendering, simulation, and effects integration.

* Excellent attention to visual detail, realism, and consistency.

* Experience working at top-tier visual effects studios or innovative tech companies.
