JOB TITLE: Senior Digital Product Manager

LOCATION: 1600 McConnor Pkwy, Schaumburg. IL 60173 (Reports to Schaumburg, IL office allows partial telecommuting)

DUTIES: Analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization. Duties include: work on the development and optimization of digital products and services; work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of our digital roadmap; develop and execute the strategic vision for digital products and services, aligning with business goals and customer needs; collaborate and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it reflects the strategic priorities of the business; manage the product development process; collaborate with UX/UI to optimize the user experience, conducting usability testing and iterating on designs as needed; monitor product metrics and analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions; and communicate strategy, roadmap updates, and project status to internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners. The position reports to the Schaumburg, IL office and allows for partial telecommuting.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation. Position requires three (3) years of experience in the following:

* Digital product management;
* Product Development using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, grooming, and release management;
* Agile development and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
* Web and mobile technologies such as API and webservices, content management systems, operating systems, reactive native, and responsive design;
* Data analysis using data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to monitor and measure product performance; and
* User experience (UX) design.

RATE OF PAY: $98,773 - $180,705/ per year
