New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is seeking a resource for a 3-month contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion. Compensation: $26.00 per hour 2nd shift: M-F 2-10:30pm on-call every once and a while Looking for a facilities/HVAC tech for a 24/7 manufacturing site. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Will be securing/anchoring things and furniture to the floor. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested. Basic ability to work independently and manage their time. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years manufacturing facility maintenance experience required 2+ year of HVAC experience Basic manual labor knowledge Building Maintenance experience (painting, Plumbing, electrical.
