Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a substantial hiring ramp across our global technology organization Involve managing hiring activities across multiple locations, facilitate accelerated onboarding, and ensure seamless coordination among internal teams and external partners Lead planning and execution of large-scale hiring initiatives, including organizing hiring days across multiple locations Coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and accelerate resource deployment Facilitate project routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure timely delivery of hiring goals Ensure compliance with organizational standards and provide end-to-end visibility into project health and milestones Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive outcomes and meet aggressive timelines Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating hiring strategy into actionable plans Influence and negotiate across organizational levels to secure necessary resources and support Travel to key locations to support hiring events, stakeholder engagement, and onsite coordination Requirements: Possess a strong business mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Flexibility to travel as needed to support hiring events and coordination across regional offices Proven experience in project management, preferably in large-scale hiring or workforce planning initiatives Strong understanding of project planning and execution, particularly in coordinating Hiring Days and onboarding activities Excellent facilitation skills for meetings, decision-making sessions, and conflict resolution Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across geographies Strong risk and dependency management capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience developing executive-level presentations that synthesize data and tell a compelling story PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials Willingness and ability to travel Desired skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and business management skills Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency Skilled in breaking down complex issues and driving timely, informed decisions Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities Ability to create and manage comprehensive plans that clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability across teams Pay range: $48.37 - $56.37 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
