Description
We are looking for an organized and experienced Training & Development Specialist to join our organization. This is an on-site position in our Billings, Montana office. POSITION SUMMARY: The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. This role supports training initiatives across the organization, including new hire onboarding, uptraining, campaign-specific instruction, and ongoing employee development. The Training & Development Specialist will create training materials, conduct group and one-on-one training sessions, track trainee progress, and partner closely with leadership to identify training needs and improve workforce capability.
