Rolling Hills is hiring for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director provides professional level planning, reporting, analysis and consultation, to support the goals and objectives of the organization. The HRD provides recommendations to management to support administrative decisions; uses skills and applies knowledge to manage HR-related projects as needed. The HRD ensures HR activities are in compliance with state and federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts. The HRD oversees all HR functions of comp/benefits, recruitment, training, employee relations, etc..

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organization's mission, vision and values
  • Manages and oversees the selection, recruitment, and retention of employees
  • Implements and administers the compensation system for the facility
  • Oversees all disciplinary actions related to employee relations activities
  • Serves as the liaison with government agencies and maintains compliance with JCAHO HR standards, as well as all federal and state regulations
  • Implements and interprets HR policies and procedures
  • Oversees staff training and development in conjunction with facility educator

Qualifications

Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience is required.

Licensure/Certification:

PHR or SPHR preferred
Current Tennessee Driver's License

Experience:

Five years personnel generalist experience and two years supervisory experience.
