Rolling Hills is hiring for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director provides professional level planning, reporting, analysis and consultation, to support the goals and objectives of the organization. The HRD provides recommendations to management to support administrative decisions; uses skills and applies knowledge to manage HR-related projects as needed. The HRD ensures HR activities are in compliance with state and federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts.
