The Novolex sustainability vision is built upon three pillars: our products, our operations and our people. Each is critically important to our growth and future as a business. These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.

How You'll Perform the Role

  • Serve as the key liaison between the Operations team and the Finance organization, enabled by strong business partnering, metric tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators and targets.

  • Provide business leaders with actionable financial insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key cost drivers: labor, materials, overhead, and logistics.
  • Lead and support operations planning, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Support capital investment decisions and evaluate ROI on major projects, including business case development and post-implementation tracking.
  • Conduct monthly analyses in areas such as direct/indirect cost, material usage variances, labor, and production mix. Analyze production data and operational metrics to ensure efficiency and financial health.
  • Present financial and operational results to leadership and plant-level teams, adapting communication style to suit executive stakeholders and hourly associates.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by expanding the use of tools such as Power BI, OneStream, Hyperion, and AX Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities.
