Position Overview:Bollinger is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedDocument Control Internfor a full-time, on-site summer internship at our LOCATION facility. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Contribute to data management process improvements by assisting with analysis, organization, and optimization of project data workflows.
  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics, providing valuable insights to project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project standards.


Qualifications



  • Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint, or similar software, is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, allowing students to develop industry-relevant skills, expand their professional network, and contribute meaningfully to Bollinger's Engineering department.
