- Be able to walk on concrete floors and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pick-up and remove obstacles from the floors, up to 40 pounds

- Must be able to use both hands and arms for periods of two hours (Mop and Sweep)
- Must be able to work inside or outside
- Must be able to work general technician stations for short periods
- Must be able to perform basic preventative maintenance on the scrubber
