Continental Properties is looking for a Manager of Centralization - Screening to join our Operations team! You will oversee our centralized leasing and administrative team, ensuring efficient application processing, accurate pricing, and consistent workflows. This role partners with Operations Leadership to streamline processes, maintain standards, and enhance customer satisfaction across all communities.

This position is remote and can be based in any of our core markets, specifically CO, FL, GA, IL, MN and WI. Candidates must reside within one hour of one of our communities. Periodic visits to our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI, as well as to the communities you support, are required.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Lead & Develop Centralized Team: Manage and coach centralized leasing and admin specialists to ensure accountability and service excellence.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Oversee timely, accurate application processing, document verification, and fee collection.
  • Maintain Standards: Enforce consistent pricing, qualification, and screening processes aligned with policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Partner with onsite teams for proactive, applicant-focused communication throughout the leasing process.
  • Monitor & Improve Performance: Track KPIs, analyze trends, and implement improvements for accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
  • Streamline Processes: Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows, champion technology, and ensure compliance through audits.



Skills for Success:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field required.
  • Experience:

    • Progressive property management experience preferred.
    • Preferred experience leading remote teams.



  • Strong background in process improvement and project management.



  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and change management skills



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
