Where You'll Make a Difference

• Operate and maintain granulation process equipment and analytical instrumentation to support formulation and granulation activities.
• Support Formulation Scientists and Engineers in developing solid enzyme and microbial products.
• Perform general lab maintenance and housekeeping per department procedures.
• Follow safety protocols, equipment procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Wear a respirator when required.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Provide lab support during weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
• Lift up to 35 lbs as part of routine tasks.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• A.A./B.S. degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience (preferred)
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proven leadership in driving change and improving work efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Ability to prioritize and troubleshoot under pressure.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving environments.
