Job Description

Elwyn seeks a Technical Services Representative to provide intermediate and advanced technical assistance and support to users and fellow technicians using advanced troubleshooting techniques and comprehensive knowledge of system interactions in the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide PC and peripheral support and maintenance
  • Deploy new desktops/laptops to the field.
  • Other duties performed as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science and/or related field or equivalent experience is required

Qualifications

  • Experience with Citrix, Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Suites, anti-virus software and other PC-related utilities is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard desktop operating systems and office productivity suites.
  • Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance.
  • Knowledge of connectivity issues including network access and login issues.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of clients and staff.
  • Ability to work productively both independently and in teams. Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
