Job Description:

The Training Content Coordinator supports the development, delivery, and maintenance of quality-focused training programs for semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role ensures that training materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of semiconductor processes and a passion for enabling workforce excellence through effective learning solutions including leveraging AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training content for manufacturing quality procedures, cleanroom protocols, equipment operation, and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and quality teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.

  • Coordinate training schedules, track completion rates, and maintain training records in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

  • Support onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff in wafer fabrication, assembly, and test environments.

  • Utilize multimedia tools and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver engaging and accessible training content.

  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and employee competency.

  • Facilitate hands-on instruction on the production floor, ensuring employees gain practical experience with tools such as photolithography, etch, deposition, and metrology systems.

  • Create and maintain instructional materials, including SOPs, job aids, e-learning modules, and visual guides.

  • Integrate AI tools and platforms to streamline content development, personalize learning experiences, and improve training efficiency.

  • Manage training records and certifications using a Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for new hires, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps and recommending training enhancements.

  • Ensure all training content aligns with OSHA, EHS, and internal safety standards.
