Job Summary
The Services Support Specialist is responsible for administering device registrations and asset
information into various MDM technologies. In addition, they manage software entitlement/fulfillments,
license renewals and provide customer-facing product support.
What you'll do

  • Executes incoming device registration from internal stakeholders through shared mailboxes andticketing systems and performs services within assigned SLA.
  • Provides support to external stakeholders around device registrations & product troubleshootingthrough both email communication and via phone call on occasion.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with the customer, management, and other relevant thirdparties, and updating service ticket status in a timely manner.
  • Meets departmental productivity and quality standards, maintains/exceeds service levels
  • Follows all company policies/guidelines, best practices and operational procedures
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • Complete any other goals or tasks assigned by management
  • Overtime and working Saturday shifts may be required with advanced notice from time to time.

What we expect of you
Minimum basic requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDW Coworker or 2 years of related experience around ITHelp Desk or Customer Service.
  • Experience in communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical customercontacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide in-person, virtual, phone, voicemail, email, and instant messagesupport.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment with strong multitasking ability to handlemultiple tickets and projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail with an affinity for accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed (optional)

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to continually learn new technology and to keep pace with an ever-changing industry
  • Has technical certifications or related experience around the following certifications.

Pay: $22.60-$31.44
