As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Specialist in Macedonia, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional at Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service through clear and friendly communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor and report on security-related activities, hazards, or irregularities while on patrol to support the ongoing protection of people and property at the location.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information or directions and supporting a positive experience while maintaining security-related protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
