What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any security-related concerns.
• Document and communicate all security-related incidents, irregularities, and unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and visitors to help maintain a secure environment in accordance with established policies.
• Operate access control systems and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting designated areas.
• Participate in ongoing training regarding site-specific policies and security-related procedures as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
