Job Summary

The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Contractor provides operational and project management support for global recruiting initiatives during a maternity leave coverage period. This 10-month contract position (December 2025 - September 2026) ensures continuity of recruiting operations, progress on key projects, and consistent delivery of global TA processes. The role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborates cross-functionally with HR, Legal, IT, and business partners to maintain global standards and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities




  • Manage global Talent Acquisition (TA) operations projects, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.



  • Maintain project trackers and provide weekly updates to the Global Head of TA.



  • Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, Legal, IT, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HRBPs to align on key initiatives.



  • Serve as the main contact for global TA operations requests, coordinating and prioritizing activities across corporate regions.



  • Ensure adoption and consistency of global recruitment standards and best practices from the Global TA Playbook.



  • Act as liaison for vendor partners, managing escalations and new requests with background check providers and recruitment tool vendors.



  • Support data reporting needs using Power BI dashboards and Workday to generate metrics and insights.



  • Maintain compliance with global recruitment policies and processes.



  • Oversee interview scheduling coordination in the US, managing a TA Specialist responsible for virtual and on-site scheduling.



  • Provide general operational support to ensure timely execution of global TA priorities.




Job Requirements




  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management, preferably within a global organization.



  • Prior hands-on recruiting experience preferred.



  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple time zones.



  • Experience with Workday ATS preferred.



  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across HR and business functions.
