We are looking for a Head of Channels, Americas to join our External Risk Management team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of targeted go-to-market (GTM) new revenue growth initiatives-including win-back, dormant re-engagement, and vertical-focused strategies. Additionally, you will manage targeted partner sales efforts across Strategic, Regional, and Emerging partner segments.

GTM Strategy



  • Own and execute targeted GTM strategies focused on:


    • engagement with named regional partners
    • Win-back programs for lapsed accounts via partner alignment
    • Industry-specific (vertical) partner initiatives


  • Under the guidance of CTEM Head of Global MSSP Sales, execute the strategy to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop tailored engagement plans.


Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Field Sales, and Enablement teams to design campaigns and sales motions that support these targeted efforts.



  • Track, measure, and optimize GTM growth of CTEM bookings through approved deal registrations and strategic alignment



Partner Sales

Driving partner-led growth, you'll develop and execute strategic partner sales plans, build strong relationships with key channel partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue and customer success.




  • Drive partner sales by managing a portfolio of Strategic, Regional, and Emerging partners.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with CTEM Americas objectives.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and deal progression in collaboration with partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver growth and velocity to the CTEM business through asp expansion, bundling the CTEM line of business and forecasting on time and at value.
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally-facilitating collaboration across Field Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, SEs, Finance, and other teams.
  • Maintain a strong field presence through active engagement in partner and customer sales cycles-especially in strategic accounts.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including security and software.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales roles with a strong record of success.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales models, reporting, incentive structures, and partner sales enablement best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline creation, manage deal velocity, and engage executive-level decision-makers.
  • Strong focus on partner satisfaction and success, with excellent conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation-including content development.
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% as needed to support partner, marketing and customer engagement.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
