The Advisory Services, Sr. Consultant serves healthcare clients, focusing provider network operations. This client-facing role is hands-on, managing workstreams from analysis through execution while collaborating closely with resources from other workgroups.

The Senior Consultant plays a critical role in delivering measurable results across areas such as contract implementation, requirements gathering, network adequacy analysis, and process improvement. The position also supports internal initiatives, peer knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of consulting methodologies.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee performance on standards designed to ensure network access to covered health services as required by NCQA and/or CMS
  • Coordinating and executing the implementation of health plan agreements within the required platforms/systems
  • Requirements gathering and process documentation for external clients
  • Managing internal and external resources to ensure timelines are met and documentation is completed accurately
  • Respond to client requests and manage deliverables for provider network managed services engagements, ensuring timely execution and high service quality in alignment with contractual obligations
  • Contribute to refining internal tools, frameworks, and consulting methodologies based on field experience and client feedback
  • Participate in peer knowledge sharing, case study development, and lessons-learned sessions to strengthen team capabilities
  • Assist with internal strategic projects, thought leadership, and operational improvement efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with network adequacy analysis utilizing Quest Analytics (Desktop or Cloud version acceptable)
  • Experience developing process maps within Microsoft Visio
  • Understanding of network infrastructure, routing protocols, and the ability to work with various departments
  • Proven communication and collaboration with client and internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure all elements of the provider agreement are executed accurately
  • Proven to maintain accurate and updated documentation of the implementation process and outcome of executed agreement(s)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
