As a Security Officer - Financial Site Driving Role in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the assigned areas. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to various security-related situations with professionalism and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report all unusual activities and/or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and other Allied Universal personnel to address security-related needs and provide a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
