As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Unarmed Full-Time in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or conditions to the appropriate authorities and/or management.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of site procedures and protocols specific to the commercial real estate environment.
• Complete required reports and documentation for all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
