Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Define and execute a clear, differentiated brand strategy for the Retail Bank, reflecting customer-centric values and regional leadership. * Develop distinct brand identities for each consumer product, addressing well-defined customer needs and standing out in competitive categories. * Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints--digital, branch, product communications, and advertising. * Lead multichannel marketing strategies to drive acquisition, deepen relationships, and improve retention. * Optimize paid media ROI, CRM, SEO/SEM, and digital funnel performance, strategically reducing customer acquisition costs. * Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to create go-to-market plans for innovative, customer-first products in deposits, lending, payments, and small business. * Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture rooted in a customer-centric mindset and innovation. * Leverage segmentation, behavioral data, and voice-of-customer feedback to optimize campaigns and customer journeys. | |
