The starting pay is $92,000-$130,000 per year depending on experience. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily construction operations across multiple pipeline rehabilitation projects and participate in the day-to-day work of the crews you oversee.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and site maps to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers assigned to his/her crew that are engaged in all phases of pipe maintenance projects.
- Communicate with management and operations teams.
- Report time and production for the crew in preparation for work schedules and expediting workflow.
- Manage project budgets to minimize costs and audit work orders from crews.
- Oversee pre-trip vehicle inspections as well as on-site job visits.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites.
- Provide on-site training to equipment operators and laborers.
What We Need:
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required; Currently holding or being willing to obtain a CDL license is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing construction teams and the ability to operate machinery.
- Experience operating a Vac Truck and/or CCTV equipment is preferred.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure preferred.
- A strong mechanical background is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of traffic plans is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. and be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to travel as needed (Approximately 1 week per month).
