Join our client's dynamic IT Sourcing and Procurement team as a Contracts Manager, where you'll be at the heart of managing large-scale digital transformations. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on navigating complex contracts to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and minimize value leakage. You'll support high-impact programs involving system integrator services and software professional services, collaborating closely with program leadership to deliver results in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll play a pivotal role in minimizing value leakage through sophisticated contract management, including: Overseeing cost management, compliance monitoring, and milestone/deliverable achievement for existing contracts. Supporting contract extensions and change orders, from vetting/negotiation to strategizing for additional phases. Partnering with program and IT Sourcing leadership on issue resolution, KPI development/reporting, and escalations. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 9+ years in a similar role, with proven navigation of complex sourcing strategies in digital transformations (e.g., system integrator and software professional services).
