We're looking for Senior Manager, Lead to Opportunity to join Procore's GTM Technology , Data and Process Team . As a Senior Manager of Salesforce Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team of Developers, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Engineers to optimize the Seller experience. You bring a deep background in Go-to-Market (GTM) technical processes and a forward-thinking approach to Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) engineering. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, partnering closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to drive key initiatives. You are a seasoned people leader who balances competing priorities with ease, ensuring the team's output is innovative, scalable, and aligned with our long-term strategy. This position reports to our Senior Director, GTM Systems and is based in our downtown Austin, TX office or available for remote. We are looking for candidates to join us immediately. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 163,040.00 - 224,180.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
