We're looking for Senior Manager, Lead to Opportunity to join Procore's GTM Technology , Data and Process Team . As a Senior Manager of Salesforce Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team of Developers, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Engineers to optimize the Seller experience. You bring a deep background in Go-to-Market (GTM) technical processes and a forward-thinking approach to Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) engineering.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, partnering closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to drive key initiatives. You are a seasoned people leader who balances competing priorities with ease, ensuring the team's output is innovative, scalable, and aligned with our long-term strategy.

This position reports to our Senior Director, GTM Systems and is based in our downtown Austin, TX office or available for remote. We are looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of developers, business system analysts, and quality engineers. Set performance goals, lead promotions and compensation discussions, and guide career development.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive the end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives. Align Salesforce-related projects with broader business objectives, ensuring they contribute to the company's growth and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Technical Leadership: Act as a technical thought leader, providing strategic direction on Salesforce architecture and development. Shape the future of the seller experience leveraging AI and new agentic technologies

  • Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and leading efforts to streamline development processes, delivery pipelines, and system performance.

  • Innovation: Stay informed on the latest Salesforce advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices. Guide your team in adopting relevant innovations to enhance the platform's functionality, scalability, and user experience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business leaders, to prioritize and manage the release of new features and system enhancements.

  • Agile Practices: Take an active role in the Agile development process, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • 12+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and ecosystem tools like LeanData,Marketo, GONG, Outreach, Xactly, Clay with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience implementing advanced Salesforce functionalities,

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Ability to manage promotions, performance improvement plans, and compensation reviews.

  • Problem Solving and Prioritization: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • AI Mindset: Leveraging AI to drive optimization in the development and release processes and experience in Vibe coding

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

163,040.00 - 224,180.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
