WORK LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually *

*depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications

JOB STATUS: Full-time; salaried

CLEARANCE: MUST have an active US Secuirety Clearance

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler providing support to the Air Force Theater Battle Control Division (AFLCMC/HBD), which is within the PEO Digital Directorate and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs
  • Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project
  • Must be a US citizen

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO
  • Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)
  • Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
  • Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results
  • Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
  • Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result.
