Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Pay Range: $20-$26/hr
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This role is key to keeping our production equipment running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and improving processes, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventive maintenance and rebuild parts as needed
  • Handle basic plumbing and fabrication tasks (welding, cutting, grinding, etc.)
  • Use our maintenance system (iMaint) to track work and manage inventory
  • Support and train junior maintenance team members
  • Help improve plant safety, quality, and efficiency through continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience, or a technical degree plus 2-5 years' experience
  • Strong skills in mechanical and electrical repair
  • Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot with minimal supervision, and use testing equipment
  • Experience with fabrication, plumbing, and powered industrial equipment
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and urgency in solving problems

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vacuum systems, lathes, or mills
  • Continuous Improvement/Lean Sigma knowledge

Work Environment
This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment. You'll work around moving equipment, varying temperatures, and occasional noise. Must be comfortable with physical activity, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
