What You'll Do

You'll learn about Cox through a series of functional and market-based project assignments specifically aligned to your area of study and aspirations. You'll receive on-the-job training, plus targeted development opportunities to help you engage with your strengths and crystalize your career interests. Here's a peek at the experiences that await you:

  • Working with the People Analytics team on real business projects.
  • Develop and enhance detailed dashboards and reports to meet various stakeholder needs in Human Resources.
  • Provide support for the initiative to consolidate dashboards across the Enterprise and deploy enhanced design and development standards.
  • Analyze and recommend changes for improvements to process methods, policies, procedures and other activities that support the Dashboarding & Reporting team.
  • Provide leadership in facilitating cross-team activities that support the People Analytics Dashboarding & Reporting Team, and other special projects.
  • Lead efforts to identify, document and communicate best practices for significant and complex business processes.
  • Maintaining change-related files and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Building relationships and interacting with cross-functional teams, internal and external customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analyzing business situations, multiple subsets of data, and problem-solving.
  • Networking with peers and professionals in the industry.


Who You Are

  • Currently, a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python).
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills.
  • Computer skills, which include Microsoft Office suite and online research ability.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

USD 23.65 - 35.48 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $23.65 - $35.48/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
