Job Title: Contract Recruiter

Location: Martin, SC (Hybrid - 4 days remote / 1 day onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our client's hiring needs on a temporary basis. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with the opportunity to work primarily remote while visiting the Martin, SC site once per week to conduct interviews and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities:

  Recruit and source candidates for a variety of roles across the organization

  Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

  
  
• 
  

  Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from outreach to offer stage

  
  
• 
  

  Conduct onsite interviews at the Martin, SC location once per week

  
  
• 
  

  Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

  
  

Qualifications:

  Previous recruiting experience is required

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
