Mechanical Assembly Level 2 Shift: 1st, (6:30am-3pm) Pay: $19-$21/hr Are you mechanically inclined and ready to take your assembly skills to the next level? Our client is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Level 2 team member to join our 1st shift team. This hands-on position plays a vital role in the production of high-quality electronic equipment, and offers growth, stability, and a supportive work environment. Job Duties: Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions to complete assembly tasks Perform basic crimping (28-2 gauge wire and larger) Assemble and align mechanical and electronic hardware Use torque drivers, wrenches, ratchets, and hand/power tools Prepare components for shipment with proper kitting and bagging Conduct functional testing (continuity, resistance, hi-pot) using test fixtures Maintain and follow documentation per work order instructions Participate in IPC Training Modules Cross-train in other areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with packaging and spot-checking other team members' work
