Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a large portfolio of Public Sector contracts across SLG, K-12 and HiEd, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements and regulations.
  • Manage and administer consortium agreements, including establishing and maintaining relationships with consortium partners, navigating governance structures, and aligning consortium initiatives with Lenovo's Public Sector strategy.
  • Provide strategic and legal advice to senior Sales, Corporate, and Legal Department management, including the identification and evaluation of risk and opportunities for strategic mitigation.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between sales leadership and internal stakeholders across various Lenovo business segments, and Customers on contract requirements and other key projects.
  • Promote best practices in contract management and consortium engagement, fostering innovation in processes and execution.

Position Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in contract management in public sector, high-tech sales environments
  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement laws and major contractual practices
  • Familiar with NAPSPO, MHEC, and OMNIA Partners
Preferred:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload involving
  • Compliance focused outlook with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross -functional teams
  • Multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Be able to negotiate terms and conditions to Lenovo standards in order to increase likelihood of
  • successful contract award reducing Lenovo's risk
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including legal drafting)
