Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator I for the School of Nursing.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Strategizes with associate and assistant deans, directors, and faculty to identify logistical and operational needs for clinical education, optimize scheduling, and provide budget-conscious solutions.
- Acts as a liaison to clinical sites and faculty to ensure the clinical needs of the curriculum are met.
- Operates from a solid understanding of nursing education and practice, combined with knowledge of the organizational environments where nurses practice.
- Facilitates resolution of concerns regarding clinical faculty and agency personnel.
- Attends meetings at clinical affiliation agencies.
- Attends community and professional meetings and recruitment job fairs.

Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's Degree and two years of clinical health care experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in healthcare management.

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
