Cyber International Operations Lead

PeopleTec is seeking a Cyber International Operations Lead to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Lead international cyber operations and coordination for the IFMC International Directorate and the PMO by converting DoD, DSCA, and CCMD guidance into executable requirements, aligned contract terms, and traceable CDRL expectations within LOA and LOR scope. Synchronize OEM, Partner Nation, and CCMD activities, review contracts and CDRLs for compliance, verify delivery against program baselines, and provide decision-ready guidance to government leadership for authorization, sell off, and milestone reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 10+ years in DoD cyber, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams supporting acquisition or fielded systems.

• Demonstrated expertise with RMF/ATO processes and Partner Nation PNCRR/RMF compliance.

• Proven portfolio/budget ownership on complex programs of record (Patriot, IBCS, FAAD or similar).

• Experience leading in-country/OCONUS cyber assessments and compliance activities.

• Strong briefing skills with senior military and international stakeholders; ability to translate technical risk to mission impact.

• DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+ or equivalent).

• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred) and U.S. citizenship.

• Prior experience in PEO Missiles & Space or DEVCOM AvMC S3I environments.

• Background in coalition interoperability, exportability, and protection of CUI/TECH data with foreign partners.

• Familiarity with cross-domain solutions, secure data exchanges, and cybersecurity for tactical weapon systems.

• Demonstrated success establishing enterprise-level cyber frameworks or playbooks used across theaters.
