As a Storeroom Clerk at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for assisting in the receipt, storage, and distribution of food, beverage, specialty items, and equipment in a timely manner while supporting Culinary operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive years. The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the Diamond Rating program in 1976.

What you will be doing:
  • Receive and inspect incoming products for quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

  • Properly label and store all products with correct pricing and rotation.

  • Deliver requisitions to designated departments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain storeroom areas in compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.

  • Assist with monthly inventory counts and accurate recordkeeping.

  • Monitor stock levels and notify Storeroom Manager when supplies fall below par levels.

  • Uphold professional standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms, and appearance.

  • Support Culinary team operations by ensuring storeroom items are accessible and organized.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Storeroom Manager.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma preferred.

  • Basic math and reading skills required.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented.

  • Prior experience in storeroom, inventory, or hospitality operations preferred.

Job Type: Hourly Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
