StoneTurn is seeking a qualified Associate Consultant (Intern) to join our National Security and CFIUS practice area Our National Security/CFIUS practice provides strategic advice and investigative services to attorneys, corporations, governments, venture capital and private equity firms within diverse industries. We serve as independent compliance auditor/monitor of national security agreements. Our Firm has experienced attorneys, certified public and chartered accountants, former auditors and investigators, many of whom have joined StoneTurn from global accounting firms, consulting firms, corporations and government agencies. In this role you will be responsible for researching National Security and CFIUS rules, regulations and actions, participating in thought leadership marketing and business development initiatives and providing analysis on billable client matters. You will also be responsible for working on investigation and compliance related matters as needed. You will have strong analytical skills and excellent prioritization skills.
