Job Summary: The Manager, Rewards is responsible for managing enterprise-wide reward activities to improve quality performance across assigned lines of business or markets. Essential Functions:
- Manage the enterprise quality rewards program and program team to assure execution on all quality rewards for all applicable lines of business
- Direct reporting of rewards earned and redeemed for each market and line of business, including analysis of reward impact
- Support markets in reward program development
- Work with markets to understand reward program budget impact and provide reports from vendors on rewards spend
- Work with vendor oversight team to ensure vendors are meeting SLA requirements and supporting programmatic requirements
- Work with compliance team to ensure all program requirements are compliant for regulatory and legal requirements
- Work collaboratively with all appropriate teams, including markets, EPMO, IT, IRE, Enhanced Benefits, marketing and others to assure a timely and accurately executed rewards program
- Lead internal workgroups and/or committees as appropriate, to improve quality measure outcomes
- Review and measure progress with management and work team and take appropriate action
- Communicate in a clear, concise, and complete manner with upper management, peers, department staff, other disciplines within the organization, outside agencies and other entities to ensure prompt and proper exchange of information and resolution of issues
- Perform any other job related instructions as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare managed care experience is required
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff or as a lead in a functional area, managing teams on large scale projects is required

Compensation Range: $81,400.00 - $130,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
