GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides advanced knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions in support of the operations of the department and in conjunction with supervisor and other staff. Provides timekeeping functions for departmental staff to ensure accurate timecards. Prepares staff schedules according to the organizations staffing guidelines.
