As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence across USPSI. You'll support business execution through data-driven insights, partner collaboration, and streamlined reporting. ResponsibilitiesYou will build and maintain reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support pipeline health, sales performance, and business planning. You will support the execution of a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB), including business reviews, scorecard tracking, and performance assessments. You will own and standardize the Rhythm of Business (ROB) through MSXI views in partnership with the Business and Sales Operations (BSO) team. Identify and curate reporting to support leadership meetings, and help develop new MSXI views that surface actionable insights and propel the business forward. You will reinforce sales excellence discipline and governance across USPSI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's sales methodology and public sector compliance standards. You will lead and drive strategic special projects that enable the organization to advance business priorities, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for impact across USPSI. You will identify and implement improvements in sales programs and processes to enhance efficiency and impact across the USPSI organization. You will work closely with Global Partner Solutions (GPS) and field teams to support partner-led growth and co-sell motions across the USPSI Operating Units (OUs). Other Embody our culture and values
