What You'll Do:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and thorough assistance to members and internal partners via helpline and secure email.
  • Solve problems-routine and complex-related to first mortgage and consumer loan servicing.
  • Manage escrow accounts, ensuring timely disbursement of taxes, insurance, and PMI, and communicate changes to members.
  • Track and review insurance documentation to protect the Credit Union's interests.
  • Retain accurate loan and insurance documentation for tracking and compliance.
  • Support secondary marketing by processing loans for sale to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other investors.
  • Review and process construction loan draws and partial release requests.
  • Collaborate with your team, serving as a reliable resource and training partner for new employees.


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in real estate or lending a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in a mortgage lending environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately with figures and perform investigative problem solving.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of mortgage servicing laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
