Hours & Pay Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, DOE Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-perm opportunity What You'll Do Daily Set up machines independently to achieve first article acceptance. Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine tools, speeds, feeds, and work holding. Operate machines from set-up through part completion to ensure top-quality results. Perform accurate in-process inspections and maintain detailed quality records. Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce variation and improve efficiency. Input data into management systems and report results to leadership. Participate in training and support continuous improvement efforts. Safely lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, loud environment. What We're Looking For U.S. Person status is required due to export control. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1+ years of MasterCam experience. Strong knowledge of machine tool clearances, fixture offsets, and cutting tool offsets. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and quality requirements. Skilled in inspection methods using indicators, gauges, and plates. Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat). Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Availability for occasional mandatory overtime and weekend shifts.
