Software Engineer - Developer Productivity Location:Minnetonka, MN (Remote) At World Kinect, we're more than a global energy and logistics company-we're a team of innovators driving transformation through technology. Join our mission to empower developers and streamline engineering workflows by building scalable, secure, and user-friendly tools. As part of our Agile development team, you'll help shape the future of developer productivity across our global organization. What You'll Do Design and build internal tools that enhance developer efficiency and experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure solutions. Support junior engineers through mentorship and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance. Optimize software for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent, scalable environments. Create and maintain developer documentation and onboarding materials. Gather and analyze developer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Champion best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in cloud-centric software engineering. Proficiency in Java, Angular, and SQL. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure. Familiarity with developer productivity tools and cloud platforms. Knowledge of containerization and security best practices. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools. Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
