About the Role The Morningstar DBRS U.S. RMBS team is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Global Structured Finance team in New York, New York. The successful candidate will conduct the full range of activities required to assign new ratings for U.S. residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transactions, as well as other relevant rating actions. The role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will also possess the interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills necessary to engage effectively with professionals at all levels, including external stakeholders. Base Salary Compensation Range $90,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD AnnualIncentive Target Percentage 15% AnnualIf you receive and accept an offer from us, we require that personal and any related investments be disclosed confidentiality to our Compliance team (days vary by region). If this applies and your account(s) are not with an approved broker, you will be required to move your holdings to an approved broker. Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week. While some positions are available as fully remote, we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis, typically three days each week.
