We're opening our new Austin office and looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to grow with us. This is a high-energy role for someone with 1-3 years of recruiting experience who wants to sharpen their skills in a performance-first culture where effort, grit, and ownership are celebrated.

What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for sales, G&A, and early-career roles.
• Source talent creatively in the Austin market through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and events.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, interview processes, and candidate feedback.
• Use Greenhouse and AI recruiting tools to streamline sourcing, scheduling, and communication.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Togetherwork's customer-first values.

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience (SaaS exposure a plus).
• Experience sourcing and hiring in the Austin market.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruiting.
• Clear communication and natural relationship-building ability.
• Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2-3 days per week.
