Summary/Objective: Freedman by Lippert is a leading manufacturer of transportation seating products (bus, railway, marine and commercial truck seats). Located on the west side of Chicago, we have been in business for over 130 years. We are seeking to hire a Sales Engineer for our train/railway business market. As the Sales Engineer, your role is multi-faceted. You will be responsible for managing the life of projects from beginning to end, with both internal and external stakeholders. Essential Functions:

Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Physical Demands: This position varies in activity. It will include working with team members on the production floor, completing work at an assigned office space, and potentially visiting customers and vendors to support as needed. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager. This position is located at Freedman by Lippert, in Chicago, IL. Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year Freedman by Lippert determines pay based on several factors, including but not limited to the position being offered, education, skills, work experience, and other factors permitted by law. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
