Hybrid Schedule:2 days onsite, 3 days remote Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter plays a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for Brown University Health. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to effectively represent employment opportunities in the marketplace. Additionally, the Recruiter fosters relationships with academic institutions-including universities, colleges, and training programs-to promote Brown University Health as an employer of choice and build sustainable talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Designs and continuouslyevaluatesrecruitment strategies tailored to industry-specific professional roles. Overseesthe end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate selection and placement. Provides guidance tohiringmanagers on interview techniques, market trends, and recruitment tools. Collaborateswith hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions aligned with organizational goals. Partners with the Compensation team to develop competitive job offers. Develops targeted sourcing strategies during intake meetings with hiring managers. Represents Brown University Health at university and training program events to engage students and graduates, promoting career opportunities and cultivating future talent. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum of one year of recruitment experience required; additional experience necessary for specialized roles. Proven ability to interpret and apply employment-related policies, procedures, and regulations. Demonstrated success in recruiting for hard-to-fill roles with a sense of urgency and multitasking capability. Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal-are essential. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to hospital environments. No significant physical demands associated with the role. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
