• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests.

• Take accurate drink and food orders, and ensure timely delivery.

• Offer thoughtful recommendations and upsell specialty cocktails and menu items.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables, bar areas, and service stations.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company liquor regulations.

• Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, bar backs, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service.

• Assist with additional duties as requested by management.

• Prior serving or cocktail service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits with the ability to describe and recommend options to guests.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and professionalism.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable guest connections.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
